The Cape Town Festival of Beer is back with a bang at the Hamilton’s Rugby club from the 25th to 27th November 2016. Whether you are a beer snob or don’t even know your larger from your ales this is still the festival for you. If you love a good beer, want to learn a little more or even just want to dip your toes in the South African beer scene for the first time you need to pay the Cape Town Festival of Beer a visit!
With over 200 beers from 60 local and international brewers, this festival is a must-attend event for everyone. And they are even extending their cider range this year due to popular demand! The Soweto Gold Cider was a serious favourite of mine last year!
Besides an exceptional amount of beer there will be delicious food stands, live entertainment, home brewing demonstrations and beer tours. The is also a Kiddies play area for ease of disposal of your small things.
R150 gets you a ticket to the event which includes a beer glass and as much beer as you can possibly taste! We spent a lot of last time tasting many beers (all included) and then buying a few drafts near the end to enjoy with waffles whilst watching the rugby! You can get hold of tickets via Webtickets or you can win them here!
I have two sets of double tickets to the festival to give away!
